Teaching on the computer greatly improves the operation rate of the laser processing machine.
Supports the entire process of 3D laser processing from setup to cutting. Imports various 3D CAD data, and is equipped with an user-friendly mid-range 3D CAD. Creates work supporting jigs based on 3D models.
Compatible with Mitsubishi's VZ and HT series, and is capable of an accurate interference check based on 3D models. Also compatible with CamMagic DM and CamMagic LA.
Output NC data appropriate for the new VZ10/VZ20 series.
1. Calculates the contour and cutting path based on 3D models.
2. Creates the geometry of a jig only by assigning the parameter and position, which enables a remarkable reduction of jig creation time.
3. Checks the Interference between processing head and workpiece (collision, approach) on the cutting simulation.
4. Pre-installed with model data of Mitsubishi laser processing machine parts.
5. On the new VZ10/VZ20 series, the cutting speed is automatically set according to the tilt angle of the nozzle with respect to the workpiece. This improves the cut quality when the nozzle is not perpendicular to the workpiece (interference avoidance and edge preparation).
Reduces speed modification time and occurrence of cutting defects by utilizing the information on nozzle tilt output from CamMagic TL-II.
6. Equipped with the same speed programs as the processing machine, which allows implementation of the same speed setting procedures.
