New CO2 gas laser oscillator realizes Brilliantcut with glossy and bright cutting surface. New CO2 gas laser oscillator equipped with new power supply control improves the oscillated pulse shape and stabilizes the laser beam so that it realizes Brilliantcut with glossy and bright cutting surface. Brilliantcut allows Rz15micron cutting surface in the non-oxidation cutting of a thick stainless steel (3kW: max t8mm). This is smoother than a typical machined finish (Rz25micron) so that it eliminates a finishing process needed in conventional process. What is Brilliantcut? 2.
